Meet Jolandi

  • Certified Good Night Sleep Consultant
  • BCom Communication Management Degree
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Education

Jolandi traded the corporate hustle-and-bustle for motherhood and became a stay-at-home mom. Jolandi’s journey started with her own baby-mom-sleep struggle. It ignited her passion for sleep and helping as many families as possible with techniques that are safe and effective.

After becoming a sleep consultant in 2014, her passion grew with each family she assisted. To date Jolandi has helped hundred of families by implementing the strategies taught in the Sleep Tight Course.

  • Is this a "sleep training" course?

    In this course we focus on creating sustainable sleep associations and optimizing your little one’s routine, schedule and environment for better sleep.

    Sleep training (for older babies and toddlers) is covered in the last video lesson as it should never be the starting point.

  • For how long will I have access to the course material?

    12 Months – more than enough time to go through all the videos and implement the strategies taught.

  • What is the course duration?

    This is a self paced course. You can decide how fast (or slow) you want to go. Most parents complete the course in less than 3 weeks.
